Every custom set request is subject to review, availability, timing and price confirmation.
A request is not an order
Submitting the brief does not confirm an order and no payment is taken at this stage.
Design references
Reference images help communicate direction. The final design may be adapted according to materials, practical limits and the designer’s review.
Timing and price
Expected production timing and price are confirmed in writing after the request is reviewed.
Fit and measurements
The client is responsible for following the confirmed sizing method and providing accurate measurements where required.
Changes and cancellation
Once custom making begins, changes, cancellation or refunds may be limited. The final policy will be provided before payment.
